Damn i should be sleeping, but i’ve picked up the nasty habit of going to bed very late/”early” if you prefer.

Had dinner with 2 “lovely” ladies who “loved” me so much that they force feed me with whatever food they could not finish, according to them, that is a sign of “affection”. Note to self, torture someone in the future, that will show them how much you care and love them. :p Not to mention, mutilating the body aka SAW style is another method. That is to let them know that you will want them by your side all the time, how much you can’t bear to live without them.  LOL! with “lovely” friends like these, who needs enemies. :p

I just hope I won’t have any nightmares of them doing their deed on me. Not helping of course, would be my out of a sudden need to check my brother’s blog,site, whatever you call it. I wouldn’t want to spoil it for you. It’s a good read but try to do it in broad daylight, preferably with the SUN shining brightly on you especially if you have a heart the size of a mouse. Well, there’s nothing much happening in my life lately. Rather, I have been feeling out of place and down in the dumps. No idea why, but I’ll live. It happens from time to time. Maybe, it’s quarter life crisis? just kidding.

nokia has come a long way since the last i used their handsets.
now most of their handsets on symbian based(i’m proud to say i
used one of the 1st generation nokia symbian nokia 7650).
the new sets looks so much more impressive. and the response is
much better than my trusty old 7650 as well.

well okie, i’m not gonna gush about the sets. truth be told, i
haven’t been using a nokia set for more than a year now. however,
the new services that they are launching might just draw me
back into their fold.

Ovi by Nokia. it’s a really cool platform in my opinion.
it’s something like a community site, where you get to share
files, photos, videos and events.

it links you to other nokia fun stuff like nokia games platform.
it’s been named n-gage. yes, the same name as the weird ass phone.
kinda confusing when i first heard it too. what’s so cool about
n-gage?

first off, the graphics of the games are definitely way better.
another plus point would be that you could play multiplayer games
with your friend. yes, multiplayer!! and it’s not only with
your friend who is right in front of you. it can be the friend
that’s feeling bored in his lecture while you are bored having a
meeting with your client. as long as you and your friend are able
to get wireless connection for your set, you are ready to get
the game on. only downside, you have to pay for most of the games
if you like them.

there’s also a music download store from nokia. it has most of the
major labels up there.sucks for you if you are more of an indie
person though.the indie collection isn’t as comprehensive.
but still, they have quite an impressive list over there.
it’s actually quite cheap to purchase music too.
you can use either credit/debit card or buy prepaid cards
from selected outlets or even AXS machines if you are in Singapore.

and no, i dont work for them. just happen to find out about it
and i thought i should share it.

post punk band whose songs are full of attitude.
chant like vocal, repetitive drumbeats and very noisy guitar plays in the
background. the perfect kinda music you would want when you want to get
into a trance or just wants to let loose.

most people woud just stop their player and removed liars from their playlist.
not surprising since the songs aren’t the radio friendly. but give it a chance.
and you may just come to love it. then again, its an acquired taste.

They Threw Us All in a Trench and Stuck a Monument on Top is more punk like.
Drums Not Dead album is densely populated with drumbeats. great album! this is
the album that got me hooked on Liars. and their self titled Liars is a little of
everything from the first 2 albums. i would say they outdone themself.

do give them a listen. i know i can’t describe music well. i know nuts about
how to give a proper description most of the time about anything and everything
anyway.
